Back to Beijing

Yesterday was officially a sick day; we are both quite sick with a flu or cold that we caught from Mikaela.... that was a true test to see if we could handle all this... we opted not to go on any tours and we all rested all day or most of the day.... Mikaela is feeling much better than we are so still needed some play time. We actually all managed in spite of feeling crapyy. So that is why there were no pictures yesterday.
Today we did not feel much better but we had to move as we were flying back to Beijing. Overall an exhausting day but we are settled back in Beijing now and will get to bed after this blog. Have to be better for tomorrow for our full day at the Great Wall of China. Never thought we could ever manage all this touring with a baby but Mikaela somehow makes it easy... she is just delightful. It is actually not that hard to pull it off just a bit more planning the night before.

By the way today was the first time we saw sunshine in 9 days! Mikaela grabbed my sunglasses to deal with this issue!
