a ray of sunshine

Yesterday during the afternoon my beloved sister called me and said she was feeling blue. I suggested that she come by and that she would feel better after a visit with Mikaela... she was unconvinced. Mark went to get her anyways and she came for dinner and a hang out with her niece... By the end of the evening she was laughing and in great spirits... our little ray of sunshine has that effect on others... She just was so funny that my sister could not stay blue. Edwina (my sister) ended up helping with the bath and bedtime. Mikaela loved and she got to know another aunt... nice. They both fell a bit in love- it was so cute. Here are some pictures of our fun evening.
Note: we have spent years perfecting our bed with duvets,featherbed, good sheets and such. When Edwina lay in the bed she freaked out at the comfort of it; we both could not stop laughing; like two sisters sharing a bed once again. it was really fun for me too. Thanks Edwina for a fun night and for coming over... Mark took her home after 11pm! the latest I have stayed up in over a month!
