Say Hello to our daughter:
Mikaela Suzanne Li Ming Grant
(Li Ming is her Chinese name which means "bright and lovely")
Mikaela means " Gift from God" ( she sure is!)
Suzanne is after her very special late grandmother
Born in Qianjiang, Chongqing, China-November 21st 2005- 10 months old
Mom and Dad cannot stop beaming about her!





On September 28th at aprox 9pm we laid eyes for the first time on our beautiful daughter Mikaela Suzanne Li Ming Grant. What a moment; excitement, emotional, terrifying, overwhelming. She is so beautiful and senstive looking; The task ahead is serious; give her a wonderful life and all that she deserves and more.... It has been a whirlwind week and I have felt things I have never felt before in my life..... now the countdown begins...
